Providing a first taste of what's to come at 1818, The Grille Room is anchored by our open kitchen and signature wood-fired grill. Enjoy a unique dining experience with front-row views of our culinary team in action from the Chef's Counter, or dine at one of our high top tables or covered patio.
Our Chef's Counter is reserved for walk-ins, inviting guests to drop in and experience the energy of wood-fired cooking. For those who prefer to plan ahead, a limited number of reservations are available for our high top tables and covered patio seating.
